Te Ara Oranga Taiao is being designed right now, by the people who will be part of it. Te Ara Oranga Taiao is a Collective for anyone who cares about the relationship between tāngata (people) and te taiao (the natural world) — and the hauora of both.

You might be a practitioner, participant, educator, researcher, kaimahi Māori, volunteer or policy maker. You might work in health, education, conservation, outdoor recreation, youth development, justice, or community and iwi-led services. You might simply be someone who knows time in nature matters and wants to see that reflected in how Aotearoa works.

Wherever you sit, there's a place for you here. This Collective is being shaped by the people who join it.

3. Join or start an ohu

Ohu are the working groups where the mahi happens — people who share a region, a community of practice, a need, an interest or a project. Some are already running. If the one you want does not exist, that usually means you are the person to start it. Get in touch and we will connect you.
